Reviews and Ratings
Although the room was a bit on the small side for the price, the stay was still delightful. The room I had was spacious, comfortable, and clean, offering a good view of the neighborhood. The service provided was professional and helpful at all times, from the cheerful and friendly staff who personally walked me to the room. The hotel's location is excellent, being close to metro line 1 Tongzilin station, making transportation around Chengdu much easier. While the dining quality wasn't outstanding, there were sufficient choices of both western and Chinese dishes available. Overall, the facilities were satisfactory, ensuring a pleasant stay.
The hotel offers very spacious rooms, which are large and roomy compared to other urban Renaissance hotels. The service is professional and helpful, even meeting high Ritz Carlton standards. The location is excellent for expats with various expat hangouts nearby, although limited. The dining options are varied, with great value for money, though the quality may be plain. The facilities are top-notch in general.
My stay at the hotel was a mix of positives and negatives. The rooms were clean, spacious, and beautiful with a nice view, but they were not prepared before my arrival. The service was a bit hit or miss - although they were professional and helpful most of the time, they seemed busy on the phone and hurriedly activated our card. The location was convenient, close to the Airport and Railway station, but not especially exciting. The dining experience was good overall, with a huge Chinese style choice, although the English breakfast tea wasn't to my taste. The facilities were great, offering various amenities to enjoy during the stay.
My stay at the hotel was a mixed experience. Despite the horrendous room, there were some positives like the professional and helpful service. The location was convenient for expats, but the dining options were not exceptional.
My stay at the hotel was a mixed experience. While the king-size non-smoking room offered a good view of the neighborhood, the twin bed smoking room, room 701, turned out to be disappointing. The hotel's service was decent, though there were minor translation issues. The location was convenient, being close to the metro station, but the dining options were just okay. The facilities were satisfactory but nothing exceptional.
